I will respond promptly

I am certainly in front of a computer at various times during the day. I am also on the road, at clients, supporting their computers. Phone is the best way to reach me during the afternnon, when I tend to be on outcalls. If I am actively enganged with a client, the phone will take a message and I will respond as soon as I am able.

This is a great way to reach me any other time.

Although I could be at a client's place of business busily tending to my email on an Iphone, I do not. They have earned my full attention to their computer/web site issue. Period.

Email is great for non-critical communication. I may check it during the afternoon, but if I am full out busy, I probably will not check my email until early evening.

I look forward to hearing from you however you choose to communicate.

For extended calls, I keep a land line for purposes of better call clarity and no per minute charge, so we can both relax and tend to the matter at hand. I do not mention the number here as it is for outgoing calls only.
